Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, scanning equipment, and the customer's display.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Stonemill Hobby is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the manufacturers, publishers, licensors, or trademark owners of the products we sell. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. TRADING CARD CONDITION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately identify and represent the condition of trading cards sold through our website.

Because card grading and condition assessment can involve some degree of subjectivity, customers should review available product images and condition information before purchasing.

Unless specifically advertised as professionally graded, raw trading cards have not been assigned a guaranteed numerical grade. A card described as Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, or another condition should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a professional grading company will assign the card any particular grade.

Minor differences in condition assessment alone do not constitute a guarantee of eligibility for a return or refund except as provided by our posted Refund/Return Policy or applicable law.

4. PRICING

Prices may change at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing. However, technical errors, data-import errors, marketplace integrations, pricing software, or human error may occasionally result in an incorrect price.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order containing an obvious pricing or listing error.

Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes may be subject to additional restrictions and may be modified or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated.

5. ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Pricing or inventory errors;

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
